Terms of Service

Contracts require signed agreement and deposit. Quotes valid 60 days.

Payment 30% deposit, 40% at production start, 30% on handover. Prices in SEK incl. 25% moms.

Cancellation Before production: deposit refunded minus SEK 5,000. After production begins: client liable for costs incurred.

Warranty One year on workmanship. Excludes normal wear in commercial use.

Law Swedish law. Disputes: Stockholm tingsrätt. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. ARN for consumer disputes.
