Project Process
1. Discovery Call
Free 30-minute call to discuss location, chair count, budget range, and timeline. We confirm fit and schedule a site visit if appropriate.
2. Site Survey — SEK 8,500
Measure existing space, document services, note building restrictions. Fee credited on contract signing.
3. Concept Design — SEK 28,500
Floor plan, 3D visuals, material palette, and budget estimate. Two revision rounds. Timeline: 3–4 weeks.
4. Technical Documentation
Construction drawings, MEP coordination notes, and fixed-price contract. Permits handled by client or our partner (+SEK 15,000).
5. Fabrication & Installation
Workshop production 4–8 weeks. On-site installation 2–4 weeks depending on size. Payment: 30% on contract, 40% at production start, 30% on handover.
6. Snagging & Warranty
Two-week snagging period. One-year workmanship warranty. Optional maintenance visit at 6 months: SEK 4,500.
